A Markem Service Program That Makes Sense For Less

Talon Industries now offers a printhead recovery program for Markem solid hot melt users. Whether you’re company is using Markem 9064, 9096 or 962 series small character printing systems or Markem 5000, 5200 or 5400 series large character printing systems we have a printhead recovery program for all.

In most cases a full recovery of any Markem failed printhead is achievable. If Talon is unable to recover a printhead, the head will be returned at no charge.

Talon also guarantees if a recovered printhead fails to operate within thirty days of return, a refund of the recovery charge will be issued. The failed head will be returned to Talon for additional testing.

Every printhead sent in for recovery will be fully tested and include a report stating work performed upon return. All heads will be shipped back overnight which is included as part of our standard service procedure.
