The ModulPrint is the next generation of hi-resolution printers. Don't be limited to one type of printing technology! With the possibility of combining hi-resolution printheads with large character DOD printheads, the ModulPrint provides the most economical and flexible solution for your coding applications.

The ModulPrint is a fully automated printing system, allowing for hi-resolution printing of bar codes, up to 5 lines of alpha-numeric text, logos and symbols on porous substrates with its hi-resolution printheads. The large character NZ DOD technology printheads give you the option and flexibility of printing up to two lines of text at 7 dots high each or one large line of text, logos or symbols at 16 dots high on porous or non-porous substrates. A full range of inks, available in many colors allows printing on virtually any surface.

ModulPrint uses solenoid valves and can operate up to (32) 7dot printheads or (16) 16 dot printheads. It can interface with PC or PLC. Print height ranges from from 0.5" to 2.4". It prints alpha numeric text, logos and symbols and is encoder controllable. Other features include large WYSIWYG display, built in real-time clock, calendar, product sensor, one-touch button purge, incremental and decremental counters, a stand alone database capacity of up to 100 messages per printhead with up to 240 characters per message and RS232/BCD interface.
